March 2, 2025: A look at a Simba Vehicle of the PA during a Static Display and Capability Demonstration in Samar recently
Just a nice look at a Simba Armored Personnel Carriers (APC) of the of the 7th Cavalry "Masasarigan" Company of the Armor "Pambato" Division of the Philippine Army (PA) during a Static Display and Capability Demonstration recently at Camp General Vicente Lukban in Samar.
The PA started operating the Simba in the early 1990s, and was and is in Fact the only Operator of the Vehicle in the World. The Simba in the Pictures is armed with a .50 caliber Heavy Machine Gun (HMG), and the Vehicle’s Armor is designed to withstand up to 7.62 mm caliber Ammunition.

June 12, 2024: Simba Vehicles in Iligan City for the Independence Day Celebrations
Let’s show some love also for the Simba Armored Vehicles of our Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), they have been in Service with us for three Decades now. We are the one and only Operator of the Vehicle, and although they did very well, this is one Reason I think why the AFP Procurement Law was changed before to ensure that we get Equipment that more Countries use also.
These ones belong to the 4th Mechanized Battalion of the Philippine Army (PA) which took Part in the recent Civic-Military Parade of the 126th Independence Day Parade Celebrations in Iligan City.
