The United States (US) is spending Money to repair the Basa Air Base Runway of the Philippine Air Force (PAF), likely as a part of the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) they have with the Philippines while the Philippine Army (PA) is deploying its Autonomous Truck Mounted-howitzer Systems (ATMOS) for Combat Missions
