DND planned to get South Korean Subs, all Roads now lead to the Gripen for the Philippines

It seems that the previous under Administration under Rodrigo Duterte intended to acquire the Submarines that were being offered by South Korea, while all indications now seem to point to the Philippines preparing to acquire the JAS-39 Gripen Fighter Aircraft from Sweden
